I stayed two nights at Sakatia Passions for an unforgettable experience. Marianna in guest services is an absolute treasure. « Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup....

"Aucun rapport entre le prix payé et la chambre proposée. Pas de climatisation,de réfrigérateur,de vue sur la montagne,d'eau chaude,et un wi fi lamentable même à l'accueil. J'ai passé une semaine sur la côte de Nosy Be et le Wi-Fi etait normal. Après discussion,j'ai obtenu la même chambre pour 40% de moins que le prix affiché sur le site de réservation. Une pure arnaque."

"Hotel moderne, propre. Bungalow avec vue et acces direct à la plage. Jardins extraordinaires, très bien entretenus. Plage impraticable, eau sale, rejets marrons. Séjour juste avant 2 mois de fermeture. Depart le 15 janvier, fermeture le 16\. Taux d’occupation très faible. Les buffets s’en sont ressentis. Peu de choix, viandes dures... difficile de se plaindre quand on voit la pauvreté extrême du pays. Le service excursion a été formidable avec nous et nous a organisé une sortie privée du fait du manque de clients. Manque de communication quant aux animations. Personnel avenant, voulant toujours nous faire plaisir, en particulier Rachid au bar."

"Rapport qualité-prix déséquilibré pour cet établissement qui se veut 5 étoiles. L’hôtel est beau, avec une belle vue. Cependant, le service de ménage en chambre est décevant pour ce tarif. Côté restauration, c’est correct. Le repas du Nouvel An, bien évidemment facturé plus cher, n’avait rien d'exceptionnel par rapport aux autres soirs. Sur beaucoup de repas lors de notre séjour, de nombreux plats de la carte n'étaient pas disponibles. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins, note très positive pour cela. Comparativement à d’autres établissements de Nosy Be où nous avons déjà séjourné, nous avons été déçus, le standing recherché n’étant pas au rendez-vous. "
